I use Crest Scope toothpaste with Fluoride. I brush my teeth three times a day. To keep healthy teeth I visit the dentist three times a year and I try to stay away from eating candy.

Sometimes certain toothpastes do not taste very good. Maybe you should try the toothpaste Janine uses.
