iPod Centers for Literacy 6 months, 2 weeks agoAlso a great app I am using is Photo story, but I think you need a camera on the ipod ( I know i am using it on the iPad) It’s really easy for the students to use. It is $1.99 I think.

They currently use the sight word ones as well as the flashcards and upper and lower case letters one. I also just saw Lakeshore Learning has 3 free apps you can download for free until December which look pretty good and I think I will download tomorrow. 2 of which I have bought for the smart…[Read more]

iPod Centers for Literacy 7 months, 2 weeks agoHey just wanted to share some apps I have found if you search for preschool prep company they make some good early childhood apps. They are useful for k-1 letter recognition sight words colors shapes and numbers. You do need to pay but I believe they are useful.
